Hello, my name is Wairimu Gitahi.
I’ve always been drawn to stories—the kind that don’t always make headlines, but quietly (and sometimes loudly) shape the direction of Africa, in a positive way. From my university years to now, I’ve been following people who are building, questioning, creating, and reimagining what this continent can be.
This podcast is where these stories live.
I’m interested in the real conversations—the doubts, the pivots, the moments that change everything. Not polished narratives, but honest ones. Because those are the stories that stay with us… and sometimes, move us to act.
My hope is that each episode nudges you to think more deeply about your own place in Africa’s story—and what it might look like to shift perspectives in this beloved continent.
I have the privilege of producing this podcast alongside two brilliant minds — Michael Kaloki, our Content Review Manager, and Kelvin Nyagah, our Social Media Manager.
